At the start of the year I wrote a 'dream big' list for Alice Draws The Line - of things I want to have a go at, ideally this year, but sometime in the development of this little business I'm venturing into.
On the list was to
a) design a repeating pattern
b) have the design printed on fabric
c) make something out of the dress (ideally the Bettine dress by Tilly and the Buttons - I've loved this pattern for ages and finally got around to buying it!).
...and voila! I had 2 metres of this puffin pattern that I have designed using the Puffin illustrations that I used for my Puffin Enamel Mug, printed onto cotton, and rustled up my own Bettine dress! (it is a very comfy dress and lovely and easy to make!).
