Packaged order

This week I posted out my first international order! A lovely little box of treats is on it's way across the Atlantic as I type! 

Coasters!

My Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme illustrations from earlier in the year seemed to be quite popular, and so I've made them into a set of 4 coasters.

These are now available in my shop - go straight there my clicking here

And they will be available in a well known south Shropshire shop in November and December - more information on that soon!

The notebooks strike again!

Here are a few more pictures of my new notebooks - I'm thrilled to say I've been posting them out to customers already, which is beyond exciting. 

There are lots more pictures of each design in the shop (link here to visit) and also on Facebook. They may well appear here over time too (I promise I won't only post about the notebooks!).

If anyone is really keen... I've added my new Christmas cards to the shop too! - more about those a bit nearer the time!

I've also got three 'products' at different printers - watch this space for more info on those. Hopefully all will be equally as exciting as the notebooks!

Notebooks!

Well - I couldn't wait!

My order of printed notebooks arrived on Tuesday, I photographed and listed them last night - and voila... they are now in the shop!

There are 5 designs in total...

- From my #AlicesAprilAviary project, I have created the Bird Notebook

- The #ModernBotanicalIllustrations and #TreeGeek drawings, comes the Tree notebook 

- Nuts notebook has been developed from the #NutsAboutYou valentines card I created

- Sprout notebook has made use of all the sprouts I drew last Christmas!

- Pens, Pencils and Paintbrush are all from my #DrawingADay diaries and grouped together here

The notebooks can bought individually, or the Sprouts & Nuts form a festive pair - a great stocking filler or little gift, and the Trees & Birds form the nature notebook pair too.,, or you can buy all 5 together as a bundle too!

A very exciting delivery!

Eeeeeek! I had a delivery yesterday! 

Remember #AlicesAprilAviary ?! Well those feathered friends have flown onto some really rather lovely A6, 100% recycled, plain paged notebooks.

They... and four more designs will soon be in my Etsy shop! I'll keep you posted- I plan to photograph them this week and get them listed as soon as possible.

Day 13 of #MarchMeetTheMaker is #Feedback

This is my first piece of #Etsy feedback - I was thrilled!

How and why...

Day 7 of #MarchMeetTheMaker is 'How and Why?' 

I draw because I enjoy it. I also love to draw so that others enjoy it. Usually this is in the form of a birthday card - I like thinking about where it is going and what the receiver might like. I particularly like trying to do something that is particular to them. Sadly it isn't always possible or I don't leave myself enough time to do this. 

This is a recent card for a fabulous five year old who really knows his sea creatures. I had to look up Angler Fish to draw it - this is another element I like - finding out about things through drawing them.

More recently I've been working on a couple of commissions - more about that soon!

Another 'why' is that due to a reduction in hours in my day job I'm now looking at whether my love of drawing can become more than a hobby - there is only one way to find out!

A Shop!

Very exciting times here! I have opened an Etsy shop, and designed a new range of hand drawn greetings cards. 

Each card is hand drawn using my dip pen and watercolours. This design can be personalised to include a name of your choice, in a colour of your choosing too.

There is also Thank You, Hip Hip Hooray! and Happy Birthday! or... all three in a collection!
