I saw my first Swallow of the year yesterday!
Their shape is described in the book- they have distinctive 'long tail streamers' - which I think is a lovely phrase! I'll now think of them as flying streamers behind them as they dance in the sky.
The book on the top left is lovely, it has my Grannie's handwriting inside, labelling as my mum's book from when she was little.
